The Capacity OS for real life.

Swaya maps your time, energy, recovery, health signals, tasks, and commitments into one planning system — so you can see what your day can actually hold.

Private beta

The missing layer

Not a to-do list. A capacity map.

Most planners organize tasks. Swaya maps the load behind them: time, energy, recovery, deadlines, fixed commitments, and pressure. It helps make the structure of the day visible before the plan starts to strain.

How Swaya works

01

Capacity

Map the usable bandwidth in your day before adding more demand.

02

Demand

See the load created by tasks, commitments, deadlines, and fixed time.

03

Recovery

Use sleep, energy, stress, and recovery signals as planning context.

04

Repair

Shrink, move, defer, or rebuild when the plan stops fitting.

05

Vaani

Brain dump, reflect, and explore next steps without handing over control.

Goal to plan

From a prime goal to a plan that fits.

Set a prime goal and Swaya shapes a capacity-aware timeline: milestones mapped against your available range. If the timeline is unrealistic for the capacity you have, Swaya flags it and helps you repair it. You confirm each step.

Capacity states

See overload before it becomes the whole day.

Green

In range

The plan sits inside the available range.

Amber

Tight

Load is near the limit and may need adjustment.

Red

Overloaded

Demand exceeds capacity. Repair is recommended.

Swaya surfaces overload early, while the plan can still be adjusted.

Vaani

AI suggests. You decide.

Vaani helps you think through the day, summarize patterns, parse brain dumps, and propose next steps. It does not silently rewrite your life. Suggestions stay suggestions until you confirm them.

Rest and repair

Rest protects the system. Repair keeps it moving.

Recovery is not separate from planning. Swaya treats rest, load, and adjustment as part of the same system — so when the day changes, the plan can change with it.

Swaya is local-first: most of your data stays on your device. See the Privacy Policy and Data help.

Swaya uses health and recovery signals for planning context only. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical guidance.
